History
The unwritten rule
I founded the studio in July 2004, after a long experience developed after university with offices in various Italian cities.
The unwritten rule I laid as the foundation of the studio is to carry out each order with maximum effort, commitment and loyalty, in order to provide every kind of client with services up to expectations. My role as an architect is to guide the client to achieve the predetermined goal, optimizing, today more than ever, the available budget, whatever it is.
Recognizing the importance of the specific skills, as an essential requirement for the quality of the final result, in the performance of the most complex tasks I make use of trusted and, in my opinion, capable staff. The studio deals with residential and non-residential architecture, mainly for private clients as well as all activities aimed at creating ornamental ponds: from the preliminary site analysis up to the full execution of the structure.

Residential Architecture
To guide the customer to materialize their ideas in building the most precious place (their own home), the studio implements the following services:
- surveys and preliminary design;
- definite integral planning and execution;
- drafting the paperwork for building permit requests;
- estimating costs and assistance in establishing the tenders and labour contracts;
- consulting in the selection of supplies;
- works supervision;
- coordinating safety in the design and execution phases;
- measuring and accounting of the works performed;
- helping in paying the progress payments;
- assistance with final testing;
- helping with certificate of habitability requests;
Non-Residential Architecture
Preparation and review of work, manufacturing and commercial business spaces. Image renewal, creating new definitive or ephemeral environments through:
- preliminary inspections;
- preliminary graphic design and final design;
- developing implementation plan and a preliminary economic framework;
- filing for building permit requests;
- scheduling and work management;
- coordinating safety in the design and execution phases;
- final testing.
Decorative Ponds
The creation of the aquatic environment for the context, enriching the external/internal spaces available, is developed via the following phases:
- inspections;
- preliminary consultation;
- customised design;
- estimating costs and time;
- implementation of the agreed project;
- construction of the aquatic environment and context.

Passions in the free time:
- passionate about sport fishing, holds a sailing license, over 12 miles for motorboats, in March 2011;
- played volleyball competitively for about 25 years, playing in leagues from Division I to A2; currently II degree coach, 2nd youth level;

Yblaion Project
The consulting service for those who want to invest in Sicily
Yblaion is a consulting service open to anyone who is considering buying a property to renovate in South-Eastern Sicily, for investment or personal use.
There is no sale of real estate. The advice includes all services useful for transforming the chosen real estate into the desired home, from initial selection to interior finishings.
In particular, the advice is expressed in three different stages and with the following services:
Preliminary Phase
- Assistance in identifying the property to be purchased according to use and available budget: selecting possible solutions via real estate listings from local agencies or on the web;
- Site visits for direct assessment of the selected property;
- Feasibility study based on the decided usage and available budget with bill of quantities and tender specifications of renovation works;
- Assistance during the purchasing phase from the preliminary sales agreement to the signing of the deed.
Operational phase
- Design phases and planning permission applications;
- Consultancy in contracting with construction company and suppliers;
- Construction management and coordination of safety on building sites;
- Periodic updates of progress (meetings via Skype, Dropbox, etc.);
- Monitoring of time and expected costs;
Final stage
- Consulting for interior design;
- Assistance with the testing;
- Preparing paperwork for obtaining the certificate of compliance;
- Assistance in contracting utility connections (Electricity, Water, etc.);
- Accounting of the works;
- Assistance in settling the final certificate of payment of contracted works.

- Remote monitoring of works on building site;
